[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I\u2019m o<\/span>riginally from Auckland, New Zealand<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> and<\/span> I moved to <\/span>Vancouver, <\/span>Canada <\/span>for a<\/span> 2-year <\/span>overseas experience<\/span> (OE)<\/span>.<\/span> Apparently, 2<\/span><\/span> –<\/span><\/span><\/span>years wasn\u2019t long enough for me, and<\/span> m<\/span>y journey <\/span>led<\/span> me to <\/span>Toronto<\/span>. <\/span>I\u2019ve called <\/span>The<\/span> 6ix home since 2019. <\/span>My background <\/span>encompasses all things retail <\/span>and <\/span>throughout my career<\/span>, I\u2019ve<\/span> used<\/span> data and insights to make decisions that will impact<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>store<\/span><\/span>s<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0and sales in real time.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1652817347338{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I love fashion and apparel<\/span>,<\/span> so <\/span>I <\/span>naturally <\/span>found myself working in <\/span>brick-and-mortar<\/span> retail stores. <\/span>During this time, I learned that I <\/span>truly enjoyed helping people and creating one<\/span>–<\/span>of<\/span>–<\/span>a<\/span>–<\/span>kind, memorable <\/span>experiences<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1652817362971{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]It\u2019s probably a little clich\u00e9, but <\/span>my <\/span>favorite<\/span> customer experience benchmark is Net Promoter Score (NPS). The scale question itself doesn\u2019t excite<\/span> me<\/span>,<\/span> but what I do<\/span> love <\/span>is <\/span>digging into the <\/span>\u201c<\/span>why<\/span>\u201d<\/span> behind the reason for the score<\/span> (t<\/span>he Chatter A<\/span>I<\/span> helps <\/span>immensely with this<\/span>!). I love <\/span>understanding <\/span>a <\/span>customer\u2019s<\/span> experience<\/span> using both NPS and <\/span>customer feedback<\/span>,<\/span> then shar<\/span>ing<\/span> it with our c<\/span>lients\/customers<\/span>.<\/span> Qualitative data and anecdotes really help them <\/span>improve their business in a meaningful way.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1652817378263{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I\u2019ve used and seen plenty of <\/span><\/span>Voice of the Customer<\/span><\/span> tools,<\/span> but I have truly never seen anything quite like Chatter. <\/span>A lot of those tools feel quite <\/span>1-dimensional<\/span>,<\/span> but Chatter <\/span>is able to<\/span> uncover so much more than just <\/span>standard <\/span>customer feedback. We hear from <\/span>purchasers<\/span>, non-purchasers<\/span>,<\/span> and <\/span>have even worked with some brands to create <\/span>a \u2018gamified\u2019 version of a survey to boost engagement<\/span>! Ultimately though, hearing from all customers <\/span>\u2013<\/span> not just those who are happy with a brand<\/span> \u2013<\/span> allows us to uncover a lot more about a business<\/span> and where <\/span>the <\/span>brand should focus their <\/span>time to improve the customer experience.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1652817386702{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1660223549562{padding-bottom: 8% !important;}”]Fun fact: in university, I studied a BSc and majored in Sport and Exercise Science. I\u2019m a little bit obsessed with both and I\u2019ve played tennis since I was about 8 years old. I play lots of sports socially (right now it\u2019s 4s volleyball) and do like to keep myself fit and active.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Due to my ever-expanding wardrobe and desire to be more sustainable and intentional with fashion, I did start a little business online reselling vintage and second-hand pieces to help reduce textile waste and play my part in circular fashion!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Lastly, I do love traveling, getting out of the house, and exploring my neighborhood, country, and beyond!
